my dk63 has a 5z serial, and i also made the update, i tried to apply also in profile but nothing.
Hi, you can upgrade the keyboard by download the firmware.

Firmware Download

After downloading the firmware, replug in the USB cable.
Then you can use the software to close the power saving mode in "profile", click "APPLY".
i download the new firmware but dont start upgrade! remains in waiting
ishould I do a different procedure than usual?
I started the firmware upgrade and connected the keyboard with USB cable putting the switch in off but nothing starts
Try this Firmware
Turn off the switch before upgrading, and replug the USB cable after upgrading.

This is the correct step to turn off the power saving mode:
Please try again!

So I am on the latest firmware and I can't get the bluetooth timeout to disable. When I first launch the DK63 program, the Power Saving Mode is a black dot. It's not clear whether clicking it and it turning into a blue dot means it's on or off. Regardless, I have tried both ways and whether the blue dot is on or off, the keyboard still goes to sleep after a few minutes.

Is this supposed to be resolved? I am on firmware Dierya_DK63_F90RGB_pid 0090_REV 1380_V14_20200618

What is supposed to happen when I click on "Apply"?

I can't tell if anything is happening - And the bluetooth still time-out every 2 minutes or so.

I have installed the latest firmware
I have tried un-selecting "Power saving mode" - I have clicked "Apply" afterwards. I had my keyboard connected with USB and the switch turned off while doing so.
I have unplugged and plugged the USB back in after the above step.

And still the Bluetooth disconnects very often.

Can we have a video tutorial to help do this correctly? or otherwise help further?

Thanks.

I think it's good that sometimes you spend yourself playing play snake those kinds of games as this serves as stress reliever but if its too much where in you spend much time playing than fulfilling you priorities then its really not a good idea.

When using a Bluetooth headset, you can set a flagle time out limit for the device. If the Bluetooth headset does not receive a connection with the computer after a certain amount of time (usually 20 seconds), it will go into timeout helix jump mode and automatically disconnect from the computer
