Dk63 lighting randomly shuts off

I Recently bought the Dk63 white with brown switches and everything is great but sometimes while playing, the rgb lights will shut off. If you know what’s happening please let me know

I also experience this problem; after a few minutes the LEDs switch off, it's almost like they go to sleep. The only way to get the LEDs to switch back on is to press the CAPS LOCK key [A] but this is less than ideal. I would prefer to have the LEDs on all the time. I've updated my keyboard using Dierya DK63_SETUP_20200401_V2.exe. My serial number is 63BA050405Z00571.

Hi, you can turn off the power saving mode in the software.
Remember to click ‘apply’
