[Problem] Which software for the dierya dk61e

I am sorry to bother you but which program do i get for the dierya dk61e, this one:

If i could get some help with this that would be great because I cant manage to find the correct one and don't know how to use the ones I have tried but they wont show up on the Apex software and the KEMOVE Driver

I also have the same problem, my SN is: 61BA050306Z02363

another one with same issue here, after doing a factory reset i now have no colours at all

Im tempted to return this keyboard......

I am simply trying to remap a couple of keys and the software is not working for my DK61E. My SN is 61BA040302X03096. I too have tried installing the firmware and it is stuck on "waitting".

I have this same issue, but different keyboard?  IDK, when I bought the keyboard the software worked, but since moving to a newer Windows machine and downloading what it /thought/ was the right software it doesn't seem to do a damn thing.  Honestly I'll never buy another device from this company, you can't trust it'll ever work. Please, if anyone can at least point me towards the right software, that would be awesome!

I bought what I thought was a DK61, which came in a Dierya box, but the keyboard itself only says "Kemove DK61" "Mechanical Keyboard [6]" S/N 61BA080202X00600

I haven't actually played this game. But based on what I playing run 3, I can see why it's become addicting. A lot of players like the whole last survivor type of game. They enjoy the bragging rights and whatever adrenaline rush you get from playing it with friends and family.
